Our fresh meaty oysters with Yuzu sauce are seriously addictive.
Prep time: 10 minutes
10 Size No. 1 Dibba Bay Oysters
3 tbsp Yuzu Sauce
1 stalk chopped green onion/scallion
1 inch daikon radish
½ Japanese or Persian cucumber
1 Thinly slice green onion/scallion stalks
2 Cut the lemon into thin slices. Cut the slices to form half-inch quarters
3 Grate cucumber and drain off water
4 Peel daikon and grate finely
5 Shuck the oysters and discard the first batch of seawater.
6 Drizzle the oysters with some Yuzu sauce and garnish with all scallions, lemon, radish, and cucumber.
