Shipping Options

  • We offer same-day delivery option on all orders till 9 PM from Sunday through Saturday. Deliveries occur between 1 PM – 9 PM.
  • Orders that are placed for immediate delivery will be delivered within 90 to 100 minutes.
  • Orders placed after 9 PM will be delivered on the Next Day.
  • Minimum order value and delivery charge depend on your location.

In-store Pickup

In-store pick-up is available daily per the below timings at our flagship store ‘Dibba Bay Oysters’ at the Fishing Harbor 2, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai.

Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 10 PM

Saturday - Sunday: 12 PM - 10 PM

An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up if you have placed an order online. Shipping fees are waived off when you choose the self pick-up service.


Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. Sometimes, this could end up in your spam or junk folders so please remember to check those.

If you do not receive an email or are not able to place an order for some reason, please contact us at or call 054 438 8537 for assistance.

If your order is delayed and there is no tracking information, please contact with your order number for us to assist you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Orders

Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to it. New orders will need to be re-submitted.

In case you miss your delivery for any reason, please notify us immediately and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

We accept order cancellations up until the order is being prepared in our kitchen. A full refund will be granted in this case. No cancellations are possible after an order is shipped.

For our Shuck – & – Go service, orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance. We accept order cancellations with full refunds if we are notified of the cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Damages & Issues

We’re very sorry if something in your delivery is damaged, missing or incorrect.

If something in your order arrives damaged in any way, please email within an hour of its arrival. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns on any items. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please email and we’ll help you the best we can.

Discount, Promotion, Sign Up & E-Credit Codes 

Occasionally, we offer promotional codes that can be used on checkout for price reductions. Please note that such codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional or sign-up codes unless stated otherwise. All such codes are non-transferable.

Discounts cannot be redeemed on shipping, handling, or any other add-on services.

E-credit codes are valid for a month from the date of issuance.


All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. We process refunds within 24 hours of approval. However, it may take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please inquire with your bank for further details.
