"Prior to joining the company I had no experience in handling oysters or shellfish, but throughout my two years with Dibba Bay I have gained a wealth of knowledge about the industry from working in sorting, maintenance and now as a barge diver. I now master operating the crane and have gained varied technical work experience. I truly have my team leader Leon to thank for, who has patiently taught me a lot with great care. I've also recently completed the official PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification. It's truly been a great privilege to be apart of the company and I look forward to growing with Dibba Bay."
