Marketing Executive

Looking for a Marketing Executive passionate about sustainable food production who will contribute to our mission of becoming a global seafood brand that is produced locally in the UAE. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience working in brand strategy, digital media platforms and event management.


Job Profile:

  • Support in implementing brand strategy and marketing campaigns through digital platforms and event activations
  • Responsible for the company's digital presence - including social media, website & ecommerce channels, ensuring creative content, high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
  • Setting up monthly digital advertising campaigns through META and Google, analyse and optimize
  • Responsible for being the first point of contact for event enquiries and coordinating with internal and external parties to carry out events
  • Ensure events opportunities are communicated and promoted
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales and F&B team, to produce brand assets to support each sales channels and ensure brand consistency


  • Online Community management- respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Implement social media strategy through coordinating with the assigned social media agency 
  • Implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Coordinate with web development agency to update content and product listings on e-commerce website
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Build event offerings through business development, supplier and client outreach
  • Liaise with external and internal parties to implement exact event requirements
  • Liaise with external production suppliers to create event materials
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event
  • Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
  • Research opportunities for new events

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years in relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
  • Proven work experience in social media and digital advertising
  • Experience in event coordination and management
  • Experience in content creation, CMS and CRM
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Graphic design Skills is a plus
